CROSSOVER BLENDERY
Crossover Blendery was founded by George and Charlie in 2018. They focus on producing beers which challenge and excite. Their beers are modern in their ingredients, appearance and taste but are made using age old techniques - A crossing over from old to new.
George and Charlie were one of the first enterprises to come to the farm and they are definitely part of the furniture!

CAMPERVAN COFFEE CO
Marc is passionate about coffee, from where the beans are sourced to how they are roasted, made into coffee and served. He started Campervan Coffee Co in 2015 after installing a coffee machine into his Campervan ‘Rolf’ to go to street food markets and introduce speciality coffee to the highstreet. At the same time he bought a small coffee roaster and started exploring the world of speciality coffee.
Marc now roasts all his coffee at Lannock (making the farm smell wonderful!) and he supplies all aspects of the hospitality industry.

Botivo
Botivo is the ‘Big-Sipping Botanical Aperitivo’, an intensely refreshing non alcoholic aperitivo with a bitter sweet backbone, herbal notes and a tang of citrus.
All bottles are hand-blended in small batches at Lannock Farm with a blend of just 5 raw ingredients which takes over a year from start to finish. A labour of love but very much worth it!

Fabios Gelato
Fabio’s Gelato is an independently run family business passionate about producing great tasting award winning Gelato. Locals will probably have visited their shops in Hitchin and Letchworth and tasted their delights.
Fabio does most of his gelato making and experimenting at Lannock.

Katie is a Holistic Therapist with 16 years experience helping people with physical pain and discomfort. She specialises in Remedial Massage, Myofacial Release and Sensory Herbalism.

Leavened Bakery
Leavened is a small and independent bakery offering artisan sourdough bread made with organic flour and using only the best ingredients - including lots of love! They also have the most delicious pastries you will find in the area.
We are thrilled to have Iza and her team on the Farm but you better be quick as people travel from afar and she often sells out before closing!
